Detailed Journey Plan & Timeline

DAY 0
Travel from Pune » Satara » Bamnoli Village (Base)

Depart from Pune by 23:00 hrs.
We begin our journey with an overnight departure from Pune. Our representative will meet you at your designated pick-up point, and once everyone has boarded, we head towards Bamnoli, the base village and starting point of the trek.

DAY 1
Vasota Fort Trek & Boating » Satara » Travel to Pune

After arriving at Bamnoli, we take a short rest before freshening up and having breakfast to prepare for the day ahead. From here, we set off towards Vasota Fort, beginning with a boat ride across the scenic backwaters, followed by a jungle trek leading up to the fort.

Once at the top, a packed lunch is provided, along with time to explore the fort. During our exploration, we will visit:

Remains of the old Wada and Jail
Temples
Babu Kada
Surrounding views of Koyna Dam & the big mountains of the Jaoli region

We then begin our descent, making our way down to Met Indavali, a forest check post, before starting the return boating journey back to Bamnoli.

From Bamnoli, we begin our return journey to Pune.

Arrive back in Pune by 23:00 hrs. (approx.)
